Liebe Studierende,
nachfolgend eine Einladung an Studierende zum „SYMCO Wildlife Veterinary Symposium 2027“.
Dear Students,
We are SYMCO, a student organisation at the Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of
Pretoria.
Since 1986, we have hosted the Wildlife Veterinary Symposium in South Africa,
welcoming veterinary students from around the world. Our mission is to share knowledge in
wildlife veterinary medicine and conservation, while also opening doors to Africa’s unique
landscapes and cultures.
The symposium is a hands-on learning experience, where students engage with leading field
experts and gain practical insight into the world of wildlife veterinary medicine. Beyond
academics, SYMCO fosters cross-cultural exchange, giving participants the opportunity to build
international networks and lifelong friendships.
Application form opens on the 25th of September
